Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction meetings with field operations teams reviewing design, labor, materials, guidelines, equipment, logistics, purchasing, scheduling and safety.
• Implement and manage contractual requirements and correspondence for assigned projects.
• Conduct regular site visits for meetings, coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management; prepare daily field documentation.
• Establish and manage project schedules with the operations team to meet goals.
• Provide design documentation and safety data sheets to ensure quality installations.
• Oversee major project purchases and coordinate with purchasing on terms and delivery.
• Collaborate to author subcontracts, confirm scopes, and authorize invoicing.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, revisions, change orders, and backups.
• Work with estimating and field teams to track and execute change orders.
• Establish billing requirements and prepare pay apps with backup for submissions.
• Review project costs weekly for accuracy and forecasting; provide updates.
• Provide monthly revenue forecasting and required project reporting (payroll, insurance, time & material, safety).
• Maintain organized job folders per company policies; ensure timely closeout (as-builts, warranties).
• Verify closure of bonds, insurance programs, accounting, and labor reporting.
