Job summary

Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major building envelope projects from design through completion.

You will oversee contract administration, submittals, procurement, change orders, and risk management to ensure quality, profitability, and safety. You will coordinate with project admins, estimators, and field teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and act as the primary company representative to clients, general contractors, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong background in building envelope construction and project delivery.
• Excellent contract administration and submittal process knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk on large projects.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct design, implementation, and financial outcome of major projects.
• Lead preconstruction, execution, and closeout activities with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Prepare and review schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, insurance, and safety requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide timely reporting and documentation.
