Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction meetings with field teams to review design, labor, materials, and safety procedures.
• Manage all contractual requirements and correspondence for assigned projects.
• Conduct site visits for coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management.
• Establish and manage project schedules with the operations team.
• Provide approved design documentation to ensure quality installations.
• Oversee major project purchases and coordinate with purchasing on terms and delivery.
• Collaborate with the Project Administrator to author subcontracts, confirm scopes, and invoice processing.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, scope revisions, change orders, and backups.
• Originate and price change orders with estimating and field teams.
• Review project costs weekly and forecast revenue; provide necessary updates.
• Maintain organized folders and ensure timely project closeout.
