Job summary

Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Roofing Superintendent to lead field crews on commercial projects in Knoxville, TN. You will ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence while managing costs and project closeout.

The role requires strong supervision of Roofing operations, cost control, and daily reporting to owners and GC partners. On-site leadership and proven roofing expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial roofing experience as a Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Lead field roofing personnel and oversee all roofing operations.
• Maintain company profit related to roofing job costs and control costs.
• Coordinate mobilization, logistics, and demobilization for projects.
• Attend preconstruction meetings to familiarize with the project scope.
• Ensure site mobilization plans are followed by field personnel.
• Provide daily site reports detailing conditions, work performed, and measurements.
• Inspect jobsite during demobilization to ensure logistically closed out.
• Inspect substrates and ensure adherence to shop drawings and specs.
• Document quality control and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain safety standards and secure equipment and materials.
