  • Establish and manage project schedules with the operations team.
  • Provide approved design documentation to ensure quality installations.
  • Oversee major project purchases and coordinate with purchasing on terms and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Project Administrator to author subcontracts, confirm scopes, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain project documentation including RFIs, scope revisions, change orders, and backups.
  • Originate and price change orders with estimating and field teams.
  • Review project costs weekly and forecast revenue; provide necessary updates.
  • Maintain organized folders and ensure timely project closeout.

Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive pre-construction meetings with field operations teams to review project design, labor needs, materials, installation guidelines, equipment, logistics, purchasing, scheduling, safety procedures, and communication protocols.
  • Implement and manage all contractual requirements and correspondence for assigned projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits for meetings, logistics direction, detail coordination, quality control, trade partner and subcontractor management, and overall site oversight. Prepare daily field documentation as required.
  • Establish and manage project schedules with the operations team to achieve and exceed project and company goals.
  • Provide approved design documentation, including product data, installation drawings, and safety data sheets, to ensure quality installations.
  • Oversee major project purchases, review estimates for accuracy, and coordinate with purchasing agents regarding needs, payment terms, and delivery constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Project Administrator to author subcontracts, confirm scopes, negotiate contract terms, and authorize subcontractor invoicing.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, design and scope revisions, change orders, and backup documentation, ensuring timely and organized updates.
  • Work with estimating and field operations teams to originate, price, track, and execute change orders for scope revisions.
  • Establish billing requirements, build schedules of values, complete pay applications, and provide necessary backup documentation for billing submissions.
  • Review project job costs weekly for accuracy and forecasting, providing updates and corrections as needed.
  • Provide monthly project revenue forecasting and manage all required project reporting, including payroll, insurance, time and material documentation, safety, and quality control.
  • Maintain organized and accessible job folders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of project closeout requirements, including as-built drawings, warranties, maintenance programs, and permit closures.
  • Verify closure of all bonds, insurance programs, project accounting, and labor reporting.
