Job summary

Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead major building envelope projects from design through completion, ensuring quality, profitability and safety while managing contracts, submittals, procurement, budgets and risk.

You will coordinate with administrators, estimators and field teams, attend hand-off, preconstruction, and project meetings, and serve as the primary company representative to clients, architects, and engineers to meet commitments and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Strong background in building envelope and construction knowledge.
• Experience managing complex construction projects from contract to closeout.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
