Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state or compact.
• 2 years nursing experience with 1 year in related acuity.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts schedule and patient assignments for acuity and resources.
• Guides staff and oversees unit in the absence of the leader.
• Maintains environmental safety standards and infection control.
• Communicates with patients and families regarding care plan.
• Participates in quality monitoring and performance improvement.
