Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an RN Shift Lead I in Montana. The role provides leadership and clinical expertise on the day shift, coordinating unit resources to align with census and acuity while balancing clinical and financial requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, responding to emergencies, coordinating staffing with the staffing office, and communicating with the oncoming Charge Nurse. BSN and Montana RN license are required; BLS certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and/or provides direct patient care and supports staff.

• Collaborates with staffing to adjust for census changes.
• Communicates census, staffing, admissions, and discharges to the oncoming nurse.
• Supports unit management in productivity and timekeeping; coordinates activities.
• Poss participates in hospital committees and promotes the hospital's values.
