HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality patient-centered care and unit coordination during shifts. You will collaborate with leadership to monitor nursing care, guide staff, and model our mission and values.

You will participate in staffing, training, and performance processes while supporting service excellence and smooth patient throughput across the department.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required or obtained within specified timeframes.
• Licensed RN with a nursing degree from an accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate unit operations to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across shifts.
• Participate with management to monitor nursing care and staffing needs.
• Lead teamwork to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Support staff through interviews, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and supplies management.
