HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across the unit during shifts. You will coordinate nursing activities, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership to maintain exceptional outcomes.

The role requires active RN licensure, ACLS/BLS within defined windows, and passion for improving throughput and patient experience in a busy acute care setting.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required with Florida registration.
• ACLS within 6 months of start date.
• BLS within 30 days; CPI and PALS within specified windows.
• RN Diploma or Associate Degree in nursing.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate unit functions and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care on shift.
• Collaborate with management to direct, monitor and evaluate nursing care.
• Act as resource person for staff and support organizational values.
• Participate in admission/discharge processes to improve throughput.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Implement nursing strategies like rounding and hourly rounds.
• Support interviewing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assist with inventory control of supplies and equipment.
