Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead development and execution of RF front-end IC programs for the TeraWave satellite network. You will own programs from requirements through tape-out, silicon bring-up, and production transition, coordinating with foundries, IP vendors, OSATs, test houses, and internal teams.

The role requires deep RFIC knowledge, strong program-management discipline, and the ability to drive complex, multi-party programs to qualified

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing RF IC programs across lifecycle phases (requirements through production).
• Experience creating and maintaining IC schedules, risk registers, dependency maps, milestone plans, and executive reporting.
• Ability to work with RF, IC design, systems, packaging, test, and manufacturing teams.
• Experience coordinating external partners, vendors, foundries, IP providers, OSATs, test houses, or labs.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program execution for TeraWave FEIC development supporting phased-array antenna and digital beamforming systems.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams through development lifecycle phases from requirements to tape-out, qualification and reliability testing.
• Build and maintain integrated IC schedules, milestone plans, deliverables, dependency maps, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
• Drive alignment between FEIC deliverables and system requirements and production cost.
• Manage third-party IP deliverables, including specifications, licensing, delivery schedules, documentation, and verification expectations.
• Drive cross-functional risk management for schedule, resources, technical maturity, supplier performance, and production ramp.
• Foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and disciplined execution.
