Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Sr. Manager in Core Components to lead the RF hardware design, development, integration, and delivery for lunar missions.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and serve as a technical authority in your focus area, driving architecture, verification, and manufacturing readiness for mission-critical hardware. You will oversee technical baselines, collaborate with external partners, and guide processes to ensure on-time delivery within a dynamic development environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of RF communications hardware development life cycle experience.
• Experience with RF/mixed-signal PCB design, verification, and space-grade hardware.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical baseline for products and lead the team.
• Lead full subsystem life cycle from concept to verification for lunar missions.
• Develop and maintain analyses and simulations to drive technical excellence.
• Own processes and best practices in communications engineering.
• Manage anomalies, root cause analyses, and risk burn-down for complex issues.
