Total Wine & More is hiring a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture, delivering best-in-class service for our customers. You will supervise staff, train teammates, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsabilidades

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
