Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will guide the sales floor, coach teammates, and help with daily operations to keep the store running smoothly.

You should have 1–2 years in a customer service or leadership role, a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and motivating the team to reach targets.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with customer transactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, merchandising, and planogram compliance.
• Open/close store activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
