Job summary

Victra, the nation’s largest Verizon authorized retailer, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and create outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coach, mentor, and develop your sales staff while handling daily operations and store merchandising.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, managing inventory and planograms, and ensuring high-performance

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays during peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team, develop sales specialists, drive sales targets, and manage merchandising.
• Coach team one-on-one and motivate them to reach performance levels.
• Lead daily operations, resolve customer issues, assist with transactions.
• Set goals with sales teams; provide training and mentoring.
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness and security.
• Ensure planogram compliance and complete opening/closing duties.
