Elements Massage in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring immediately for a Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service and follow our proven sales process to enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Program.

You will manage leads, perform outreach, drive conversions, and help build loyalty while delivering a positive client experience. A friendly, energetic communicator with sales experience and flexible availability is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Overview

Hiring immediately for a lead sales associate / customer service representative in the health and wellness industry. We are looking for fantastic sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This person will follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty. The Lead WMA will be responsible for lead management, outreach, and conversion as well as client experience and retention.

Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:

• Pay $15-$19per hour depending on experience
• Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers

• Our team members will earn commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn additional bonuses.

Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
• Works with Marketing Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
• Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
• Results oriented, metrics driven
• 1+ years of Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody Software experience a plus
