Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Lead Consultant to deliver excellent customer experiences across print, signs and graphics, and shipping. You will manage orders, coordinate store activities, provide pricing, and oversee production processes while guiding junior teammates and handling escalations.

Strong consultative selling and leadership abilities are required, along with the capacity to operate complex equipment and ensure quality from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customers.
• Manages production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time.
• Takes customer orders, provides pricing information, and recommends FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling and running production on full service orders.
• Sets up complex orders and performs multiple tasks at the same time.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
