This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and requires a customer-centric approach, strong leadership, and the ability to manage in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours.
• Experience analyzing business reports and acting on insights.
• Strong customer service orientation and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily actions on the sales floor.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors.
• Provide direction to Brand Supervisors in high complexity stores.
• Drive visual execution and staffing priorities.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on hiring decisions.
• Oversee talent lifecycle and performance management.
• Execute floorset mapping, product launches, and shipments.
