Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions on the sales floor.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer experience.
• Provide category-level insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Lead talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports including Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
