• Mentor teammates by setting an example for customer experience and product knowledge.
• Deliver timely feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team for management review.
• Deliver results with a customer-first approach and omni-channel mindset.
• Build relationships with customers, team members and partners.
• Educate customers on Rhone features and benefits.
