Job summary

Rhone in King of Prussia is seeking a Retail Key Holder to lead frontline operations and ensure every customer has a positive, confident experience. You will act as the Rhone ambassador, oversee team members, and manage opening/closing routines while promoting fitness and healthy living.

You will empower staff with on-the-spot feedback, maintain product knowledge, and uphold Rhone’s standards in merchandising and store presentation. A collaborative, customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as the floor leader, guiding store vision and serving as the point of contact for customer service and ops questions.
• Mentor team members by setting an example for customer experience and product knowledge.
• Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team members to report to store management.
• Deliver results with a customer-first mindset and omni-channel approach.
• Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
• Educate customers on Rhone product features and benefits.
• Assess customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain presentation of the sales floor, signage, and displays per Rhone standards.
• Coordinate with store management to ensure shipping/receiving meets company standards.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized.
