Job summary

The Retail Key Holder at Rhone will lead front-line operations, ensuring a positive customer experience and representing the Rhone brand standards. You will mentor team members, manage floor activities, and support store operations with a focus on product knowledge and customer service excellence.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 30+ hours per week. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required, and physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor, driving store vision and acting as the point of contact for customer service and operations.
• Mentor team members by modeling great customer experience and product knowledge.
• Deliver real-time feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team to inform store management.
• Deliver results with a customer-first, omni-channel mindset and build relationships.
• Be Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits.
• Assess customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain presentation of sales floor, signage, and displays per visual standards.
• Work with management to ensure shipping/receiving follows company standards.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized.
• Take initiative, ask questions, share ideas.
• Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers.
