Job summary

POP MART is hiring a Retail Sales Lead at Tangram Mall to guide daily store operations, coach the sales team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll drive sales performance, supervise when the Store Manager is unavailable, and promote POP MART products, events, and exclusive collections.

You will lead by example, motivate associates, and maintain an engaging store atmosphere while ensuring inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing the stories behind POP MART’s artists, characters, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and exclusive collaborations.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and team members alike.
• Help achieve and exceed store sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Promote product categories, limited-edition releases, and exclusive collections through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate needs to store leadership.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe store environment; process transactions and returns.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Protect assets by following cash handling, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
• Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and planograms for launches and campaigns.
• Refresh merchandising based on inventory and business priorities.
• Partner with leadership to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and participate in events, activations, and store openings.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
