Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in North Fort Myers, FL to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach a retail team. This full-time role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends, with a starting pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

You will oversee opening/closing, ensure POS accuracy, manage inventory, and maintain a compliant, guest-focused store environment while driving performance and loyalty through our rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months leadership in retail environment.
• Experience in store operations including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
