Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in West Palm Beach, FL to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as brand ambassador, guide operations, and ensure a compliant, welcoming store environment.

The role requires 21+ years old, 1 year of customer-facing experience, POS/cash handling expertise, and at least 6 months of retail leadership. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.

• Oversee opening/closing duties, daily huddles, and cash reconciliation.

• Ensure inventory integrity through precise transaction processing and order fulfillment.
• Lead inventory counts and participate in overnight audits.
