Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Westerville, OH, to guide a retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, uphold SOPs, and manage opening/closing duties, inventory, and guest relations in a fast-paced, compliance-driven store.

The role requires leadership, a year of POS experience, and a dedication to training and coaching. Competitive hourly pay with tips and a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• At least 6 months of leadership in a retail setting.
• 6 months of hands-on store operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach the team.
• Empower associates with personalized product guidance and relationship-building.
• Drive consultative selling and educate guests on products.
• Encourage loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards and capturing insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a compliant, clean, and guest-ready store environment.
• Open/close duties, cash reconciliation, and POS verification.
• Lead inventory counts and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and coach team to achieve daily KPIs and sales targets.
