Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in Findlay, OH. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach staff, and ensure compliant, high‑performing store operations.

The role requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year in customer-facing sales with POS experience. You will drive KPI achievement and participate in store leadership activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer‑facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of POS experience and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• 6 months of hands‑on experience in retail store operations (opening/closing, reconciling cash drawers).
• 6 months of Curaleaf Store Associate experience with consistent performance.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with coaching ability.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and coach the team to deliver excellent service.
• Empower associates to build customer relationships with product recommendations and guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and promote loyalty through rewards enrollment.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and POS operation during shifts.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, inventory, and compliance with regulations.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
