SERVPRO Team JRF in Manchester, NH, seeks an experienced Restoration Crew Chief to lead field crews on water, fire, and mold projects. You will scope losses, set containment, direct technicians, document per IICRC standards, and communicate with customers and adjusters from day one.

This role requires leading a crew, handling on-site duties, and coordinating with project managers. Benefits include health, PTO, retirement options, a company vehicle, and on-call bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on restoration/mitigation experience (water, fire, mold)
• Prior experience leading a crew or running jobs independently
• IICRC WRT certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and wear PPE including respirators
• Background check clearance required
• On-call emergency response availability

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 person crews on water, fire, and mold losses
• On-site scoping, moisture mapping, daily monitoring/documentation
• Set up drying equipment, containment, and demolition per IICRC standards
• Document progress with photos and logs in restoration software
• Communicate status to customers, PMs, and adjusters
• Train and direct restoration technicians on-site
• Participate in rotating on-call emergency response (paid)
