Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief for our franchise role in the United States. You will lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish, supervise demolition, drying, and moisture mapping, and communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters.

This non-entry level position requires restoration experience, IICRC certification, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification (WRT/ASD preferred).
• Proven experience leading a mitigation crew or senior technician role.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and active job sites.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to completion.
• Perform and supervise demolition, drying, moisture mapping, and equipment setup.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Document jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, moisture readings).
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control on every project.
• Manage 1–2 technicians per job.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and drying equipment.
