SERVPRO of South Palm Beach is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to lead field restoration projects, direct technicians, and communicate with clients to ensure safety and SERVPRO standards. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability, and adherence to best practices across water, fire, and mold jobs.

You will manage site activities, maintain documentation, and coordinate with project managers while promoting growth opportunities and professional development within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, or related field.
• Experience leading a crew or restoration jobs preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform water, fire, mold, and other restoration services.
• Coordinate daily job-site activities and supervise Restoration Technicians.
• Ensure work meets SERVPRO quality standards and client expectations.
• Provide customers with clear, professional communication throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and manage resources.
