SERVPRO Team JRF in Manchester, NH is seeking an Experienced Restoration Crew Chief to lead field crews on water, fire, and mold mitigation projects. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to scope losses, set containment, supervise technicians, and communicate with customers and adjusters from day one.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restoration, prior crew leadership, IICRC WRT certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to participate in on-call emergency

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on restoration/mitigation experience.
• Prior experience leading a crew or running jobs independently.
• IICRC WRT certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and wear PPE.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 person crews on losses.
• On-site scoping and moisture mapping.
• Set up drying and containment per IICRC.
• Document daily job logs and photos.
• Communicate with customers and adjusters.
• Train restoration technicians on-site.
• On-call rotation for emergencies.
