Job summary

OCI Restoration in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Restoration Crew Chief to lead field crews on residential and light commercial losses. You will execute mitigation projects per ANSI/IICRC S500, S520, and S700 standards, develop drying strategies, and maintain thorough documentation.

You’ll serve as the primary on-site contact for property owners and adjusters, identify scope changes, and guide teams with leadership and technical expertise in a growing IICRC-certified operation.

Qualifications

• WRT certification (Required).
• 2–3+ years hands-on mitigation experience.
• Strong understanding of structural drying and moisture mapping.
• Ability to interpret and apply IICRC standards in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on residential and light commercial losses.
• Execute mitigation projects per ANSI/IICRC S500, S520, and S700 standards.
• Develop and adjust drying strategies based on psychrometrics and job conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, moisture logs, and photo records.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for property owners and adjusters.
• Identify scope changes and communicate with management.
