OCI Restoration in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an experienced Reconstruction and Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish. The role requires strong construction knowledge, organization, and experience with insurance-driven projects, serving homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors.

You will manage from mitigation handoff through final completion, review estimates, coordinate crews, ensure code compliance, and maintain tight

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices.
• Experience managing insurance restoration projects preferred.
• Xactimate estimating experience required.
• TPA platform and SLA experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from mitigation handoff through final completion.
• Review estimates, scopes of work, and supplements.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Ensure work is performed to code, contract requirements, and company quality standards.
• Track budgets, job costs, change orders, and project timelines.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
