Job summary

OCI Restoration in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Reconstruction and Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, timelines, and coordinate with homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong construction knowledge, Xactimate proficiency, and insurance restoration project experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration project management
• Strong understanding of residential construction and building practices
• Experience managing insurance restoration projects preferred
• Xactimate estimating experience required
• TPA platform and SLA experience required

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from mitigation handoff through final completion
• Review estimates, scopes of work, and supplements (Xactimate experience preferred)
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• Ensure work is performed to code, contract requirements, and company quality standards
• Conduct site visits, progress inspections, and final walk-throughs
• Track budgets, job costs, change orders, and project timelines
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
