Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and help maximize profits while maintaining food quality and cleanliness.

The role requires a 21+ year old candidate with prior full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Flexible hours including openings, closings, weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Strong oral and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest issues and optimize operations to maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
