Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader (Part-time) to support daily restaurant operations, train team members, and ensure exceptional service. This role leads by example, upholds brand standards, and fosters a positive work environment.

You will supervise shifts, assist with training, and drive operational excellence across inventory, cleanliness, and service metrics. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Assess and coach team members for service excellence.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and back-office tasks.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Perform cash handling and daily banking tasks.
