Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and lead a team during shifts. You will train teammates, reinforce brand standards, and foster a positive work environment to drive guest satisfaction.

This role offers pathways to leadership growth within Team Lyders. You’ll need strong communication and leadership skills, be able to solve problems quickly, and pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience; execute routines to ensure efficiency.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
