Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee in the United States, seeks a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and train team members. You will foster a positive work environment, uphold brand standards, and guide staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will supervise shifts, manage inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness while contributing to leadership growth within the company. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership or training in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and supervise team members.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
