Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchise, seeks a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, assist in training and development, and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

You will lead shifts, supervise crew, manage inventory, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver a consistent guest experience. Weekend/evening hours may be required; background checks and MVR may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a leadership or training role in a restaurant.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Build People Capability and supervise team during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture and uphold brand values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Deliver a consistent guest experience and follow MIC Success Routine.
• Plan, direct and deploy crew to meet standards; manage inventory and ordering.
• Coach team members for service excellence and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee daily operations, complete back-office tasks, and audit CORE performance.
• Handle cash and assist with daily banking tasks.
