Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members during shifts.
Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience
Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure operational efficiency.
Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
