Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or training experience in a restaurant.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background/MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
