Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and train team members. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will help supervise shifts, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and coach staff to deliver consistent service. Weekend/evening shifts required; this is a pathway to leadership growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant leadership or training.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background/MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and back-office tasks.
