Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, mentor teammates, and uphold brand standards. You will lead during peak periods, train crew, and promote a positive work environment.

This role offers leadership growth within the company and requires strong communication, decisive problem-solving, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings; you will ensure a consistent guest experience and maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and supervise team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of staff; mentor new hires.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture; uphold brand values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage inventory and ordering; assist with back-office tasks and banking.
