Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Windham, CT to lead restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will train staff, respond to customer needs, and model the Live Más culture to drive excellent service and results.

Responsibilities include overseeing labor, inventory, safety, and execution of marketing programs while coaching managers to achieve guest satisfaction and financial targets.

Qualifications

• High School minimum; University Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of operational management experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic business math and accounting skills to manage P&L and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; excellent team-building ability.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to lead and coach.
• Passion for delivering excellence in execution of quality food, service, cleanliness and speed standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience: ensure safe, clean and efficient store operations and guest satisfaction.
