Job summary

Taco Bell in Fall River seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll train, coach, and recognize team members while stepping in for the Restaurant General Manager when needed.

You’ll manage operations, drive performance, support P&L, and collaborate with the GM on staffing, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control, inventory, labor, and financial review.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture, promoting equity and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence, food safety, and Core Excellence; lead in GM's absence.
• Collaborate with GM on performance feedback and resolving employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; promote inclusion.
• Act as owner by assisting with Profit & Loss, cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
