Qualifications

• 1–3 years of operational management in QSR or retail with P&L responsibility.

• Excellent written and spoken communication with team leadership.
• Energetic, self‑starter with the drive to improve customer service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build capability by coaching and developing restaurant managers and team members.
• Deliver consistent customer experiences by executing programs and maintaining service standards.
• Control day-to-day operations: labor, inventory and costs to meet profitability targets.
• Analyze sales, labor, and margins to drive growth and annual operating plans.
• Lead by example to foster Taco Bell HUNGRY culture.
