Job summary

Taco Bell in Raynham, MA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring the team. You will train, coach, and recognize teammates to deliver memorable customer experiences and will cover shifts in the GM's absence.

You will drive performance, recruit, and participate in hiring while ensuring health and safety, inventory, and labor management are managed with rigor and equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Ensure staff training and resources are provided and upheld.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Train, coach, recognize, and motivate team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance feedback and hiring processes.
• Support with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of Team Members.
• Manage Profit & Loss, cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
