You will supervise training, food safety, and inventory, delegate tasks, and support the General Manager to achieve kitchen, people, and service goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of leadership, strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.

• Teamwork with the restaurant staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
