The Water Grill Santa Monica seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and partner with the kitchen to deliver exceptional seafood dining experiences. You will be responsible for training, coaching and supervising crew, ensuring service standards, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager.
• College degree in a related field (business or hotel/restaurant management) preferred.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across front of house and coordination with kitchen.
• Lead service standards and guest relations throughout the dining period.
• Manage financial operations including cash handling, invoices, and vendor relations.
• Hire, train and coach crew; write schedules for workgroups.
• Develop incentive programs and sales/marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recipe specifications and quality standards.
