Water Grill Los Angeles is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and partner with the kitchen to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coach your crew, maintain service standards, and drive daily financial and operational performance in a high-volume seafood restaurant.

Formación

• Two years of experience as a Manager.
• Minimum age 21.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to reach up to 6 feet; mobile in tight spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations from ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products to guest relations, flow of business, and service standards.
• Oversees the flow of the business during business hours; active in all areas of the restaurant for the whole dining period.
• Responsible for financial operations of restaurant: cash handling, invoicing, vendor communication, and managing operating accounts.
• Responsible for all human resource related to the crew.
• Forecasting product needs based on inventory counts.
• Writes schedules for at least one workgroup (server, bartender, host, busser, supervisors).
• Participates in creating incentive programs and driving sales/marketing services.
• Ensures all food products meet recipe specifications for quality.
• Recognizes crewmembers and coaches them.
• Makes labor management decisions each shift.
• Participates in interviews and selection of new crew.
